Description

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our commercial team and lead the management of key client relationships. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams including sales, operations, and delivery to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and business goals to proactively propose tailored solutions.
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling of services.
  • Coordinate the successful delivery of products or services in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client KPIs and SLAs are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and prepare periodic reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within client accounts and take action accordingly.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking to align client needs with business objectives.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and complex service cycles.
  • Background in digital projects, software development, or IT services.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Proficiency in Englishin is a plus.
