We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in the medical services field. If you’re a self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting, this opportunity is for you!
Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote (Bogotá)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time
English Required: 9.0 to 10.0
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or related field
Workday: Full Time (45 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Maintain and manage daily schedules for managers.
- Task Management: Keep managers on track with tasks, follow-ups, and interviews.
- People Management Support: Assist with organizing and tracking reviews and performance plans.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between managers and staff.
- Technology Utilization: Use tools like Excel and email to create documents and reports.
- Remote Work Engagement: Stay engaged and motivated, contributing ideas during downtime.
- Nursing Staff Scheduling: Ensure all shifts are covered according to regulations.
- Documentation Reviews: Ensure compliance with medical records and policies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients and families.
- Organization: Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.
- Business Office Support: Answer calls, direct patients, and handle administrative tasks.
- Medical Supplies: Organize, inventory, and order supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Preferred in an administrative role; medical/healthcare setting is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail.
- Communication: Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written skills.
- Technology: Comfortable with basic tech tools, including video conferencing and email. Skills in Excel necessary!
- Personality: Firm, disciplined, able to manage and remind busy managers of commitments.
