Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for 12–15 brands, managing all aspects of their Amazon presence.
- Take full ownership of scaling client accounts—creating strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing them without being told what to do.
- Confidently lead client calls with insights, ideas, and clear growth plans.
- Manage Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts, ensuring account health and compliance.
- Resolve policy violations, suppressed listings, and other performance-related issues swiftly and proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, and PPC) to execute listing optimizations, keyword targeting, and catalog improvements.
- Maintain inventory health and proactively flag restock or overstock issues.
- Ensure brand stores, A+ content, and listings align with brand guidelines and are optimized for conversion.
- Use market and keyword research tools to stay ahead of competitors and continually refine content.
- Track performance KPIs including sessions, conversion rate, TACoS, and organic rank.
- Deliver reports with actionable insights and a plan to hit next-level growth benchmarks.
- Coordinate with the client and support teams to respond to reviews and customer messages.
- Identify trends in negative feedback and drive improvements to reduce complaints and improve ratings.
Requirements - Autonomous operator – You don’t wait for direction. You bring ideas, take initiative, and execute.
- 4+ years managing Amazon accounts with clear growth outcomes (Seller or Vendor Central).
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiar with tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, Brand Analytics, and Amazon Ads dashboards.
- Obsessed with performance—revenue, rank, CVR, and TACoS aren’t just acronyms to you, they’re the pulse of your strategy.
