We do not operate as a managed VA service. This is a performance-driven role embedded directly within a commercial real estate investment firm.
We are hiring a high-performance Business Development Associate to drive investor pipeline growth in our commercial real estate business.
This is not an administrative virtual assistant position.
This is a phone-driven, investor-facing, performance-based role focused on one outcome:
Booking qualified meetings with accredited investors.
If you are not comfortable making cold calls, handling objections, and speaking confidently with sophisticated investors, this role is not a fit.
Generate consistent, qualified investor conversations that convert into capital relationships.
You will be responsible for both outbound prospecting and disciplined follow-up on warm leads. You will operate directly inside our CRM and own activity metrics daily.
This role is measured on performance, not effort.
Primary metrics include:
You will be expected to consistently hit activity and booking targets.
Accredited Investor Experience (Non-Negotiable)
You must have direct experience speaking with accredited investors.
Commercial Real Estate Knowledge
You must understand commercial real estate investment conversations.
No license required, but industry fluency is mandatory.
