We do not operate as a managed VA service. This is a performance-driven role embedded directly within a commercial real estate investment firm.

This Is a Revenue Role

We are hiring a high-performance Business Development Associate to drive investor pipeline growth in our commercial real estate business.

This is not an administrative virtual assistant position.

This is a phone-driven, investor-facing, performance-based role focused on one outcome:

Booking qualified meetings with accredited investors.

If you are not comfortable making cold calls, handling objections, and speaking confidently with sophisticated investors, this role is not a fit.

Core Mission

Generate consistent, qualified investor conversations that convert into capital relationships.

You will be responsible for both outbound prospecting and disciplined follow-up on warm leads. You will operate directly inside our CRM and own activity metrics daily.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to accredited investors
  • Follow up aggressively and professionally with warm leads
  • Qualify investors based on defined capital criteria
  • Book meetings directly onto leadership calendars
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences without reminders
  • Represent the firm with confidence and credibility

KPIs

This role is measured on performance, not effort.

Primary metrics include:

  • Qualified investor meetings booked
  • Investor calls completed
  • Conversion rate from call to meeting
  • Pipeline velocity and follow-up discipline

You will be expected to consistently hit activity and booking targets.

Required Background

Accredited Investor Experience (Non-Negotiable)

You must have direct experience speaking with accredited investors.

Commercial Real Estate Knowledge

You must understand commercial real estate investment conversations.

No license required, but industry fluency is mandatory.

Phone Sales Experience

  • Strong objection handling
  • Structured call flow discipline
  • Ability to control conversations professionally

Language Requirements

  • Native English preferred
  • At minimum, high-level business fluency with minimal accent

Work History Stability

Demonstrated tenure and performance consistency are required.

Compensation

Compensation is flexible and aligned with experience and production capability.
