Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Coordinator on behalf of our client. In this role, you will support both B2B and B2C growth initiatives that help expand the organization’s reach and impact.
You’ll work closely with the CEO to build partnerships with professionals who support neurodivergent and gifted students—such as psychologists, educators, coaches, and school counselors—while also helping families connect with the client’s programs.
This role blends relationship-building with operational excellence. You’ll design and maintain sales workflows, manage Zoho CRM, and leverage lead generation and automation tools to streamline outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research

Identify new B2B and B2C prospects within the education ecosystem.

Build and maintain lead lists using automation, scraping tools, and research platforms.

Qualify prospects and ensure complete, accurate data entry into Zoho CRM.
CRM & Automation Management

Maintain and organize the client’s Zoho CRM database.

Support automation workflows (email, reminders, follow-ups).

Create reports and dashboards to track pipeline performance and outreach metrics.
Outreach & Coordination

Execute personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to engage prospects.

Nurture warm leads and coordinate follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.

Assist with meeting scheduling, call notes, and handoff processes.

Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and support campaigns.
Administrative & Strategic Support

Help prepare proposals, presentations, and other external materials.

Recommend process improvements and new tools for visibility and efficiency.

Provide weekly updates to the CEO on lead progress and pipeline health.
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years in business development, lead generation, or sales coordination.

Experience with Zoho CRM (or systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Familiarity with scraping/automation tools (PhantomBuster, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously.

Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
Nice to Have

Experience in education or EdTech.

Basic email marketing or CRM automation knowledge.

Understanding of B2B and B2C customer journeys.
