About the role:
They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. This role is primarily focused on customer service and account management, ensuring seamless communication with clients, conducting quarterly account reviews, and identifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of maintaining and growing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
This position is open to candidates who are both based and residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
