We’re currently hiring a Customer Success & Operations Associate for one of our U.S.-based clients in the agricultural technology sector.

This client helps farmers and ranchers access funding and financial programs without the administrative burden—empowering them to focus on the work that truly matters.

The Role

As a Customer Success & Operations Associate, you’ll be on the front lines supporting farmers every day—ensuring they have a smooth experience from first contact to funding success.

You’ll manage communications, coordinate internal workflows, research opportunities, and help improve systems as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for farmers and partners, ensuring an excellent customer experience at every stage.
  • Research and identify funding and grant opportunities across the U.S. to support agricultural projects.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in internal systems and CRMs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with grant writers, leadership, and product teams to keep projects on track.
  • Proactively resolve questions or issues and escalate when needed to maintain top-tier service.
  • Share customer insights to help shape the platform and improve overall experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing or operations role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for helping customers succeed — especially within agriculture, sustainability, or impact-driven industries.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1+ level).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote setup.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a growth-minded culture.

The Interview Process

Our client’s interview process is designed to help both sides get to know each other and see if there’s a strong mutual fit.

  1. Introductory Interview (Virtual Wizards Team) A 30 minute call to discuss your background, experience, and what you’re looking for in your next opportunity.
  2. Introductory Interview (Client) A 30–45 minute conversation directly with the client’s team to learn more about your background, goals, and alignment with the role.
  3. Take-Home Assignment A short project simulating real aspects of the job to understand your approach to open-ended problems.
  4. Client Interview (Customer Success Leadership) A deeper conversation about your experience, communication style, and ability to manage customer relationships.
  5. Final Round Interview (Founders) A strategic conversation exploring ownership, problem-solving, and cultural alignment.
