We’re currently hiring a Customer Support Specialist for one of our U.S.-based clients in the proptech industry.
Overview
Our client is a fast-growing company that’s transforming how rental properties are managed. Their platform empowers rental owners with a flexible solution to manage properties from anywhere in the world through an intuitive SaaS system and a marketplace of real estate agents.
They’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist who loves helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for tenants, applicants, owners, property managers, and other users of our client’s platform. You’ll assist customers via phone and email, resolving inquiries related to applications, rent payments, and account access—ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for every user.
Responsibilities

Respond to tenant and applicant inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.

Assist owners and property managers in troubleshooting issues related to applications, payments, and account access.

Provide clear and empathetic guidance on platform features and rental processes.

Manage and document all support interactions using internal tools and CRMs.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team as needed.

Maintain a high level of service while managing a large volume of inquiries.
Requirements

1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a call center or SaaS environment.

Proficiency with tools like Zendesk and Aircall.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Patience, professionalism, and empathy when handling customer inquiries.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Experience with property management, leasing, or rental platforms is a plus (but not required).
