What you will do: 

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic/Web Designer to join our team with a focus on Wix website design. This role emphasizes design creativity over technical web development, making it ideal for a strong visual designer who can translate ideas into clean, engaging websites.

What You’ll Do

• Design visually compelling websites using Wix.
• Manage 1–3 projects at a time, averaging 2 websites per week.
• Complete minor design and website edit tickets as needed.
• Use Adobe Illustrator (primary), Photoshop, and optionally Canva for AI-assisted content.
• Collaborate with internal team to align designs with project goals and client expectations.
• Track and report time using block reporting to demonstrate efficiency.

• 5–8+ years of digital design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing modern, creative web and graphic design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic Canva tools.
• Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
• High ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver quality results consistently.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or related.
• Proactive and willing to continue learning new tendencies. 
• Good level of communication, collaboration, process monitoring, and problem-solving attitude. 
• Ability to receive and apply feedback from colleagues and customers. 

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm MT.
• Salary: 1,000 USD Monthly Post-trial range: $1,500 depending on performance.
• Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM (Honduras preferred).
• 2 weeks of PTO.
