We are hiring a Growth Marketing & Content Strategist on behalf of one of our clients in the education sector. This role is fully remote and designed for a marketing professional who thrives on building funnels, driving enrollment campaigns, and creating content that resonates with families worldwide.
Role Summary
The Growth Marketing & Content Strategist will own the client’s marketing engine, from website optimization and funnel design to paid media, social content, and enrollment communications. This role blends strategic leadership (designing offers, funnels, and upsell paths) with hands-on execution (running ads, optimizing CRM workflows, repurposing content). You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, administrative teams, affiliates, and partners to drive enrollment growth, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth

Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies (paid ads, SEO, email, social, affiliates).

Design and manage customer funnels: lead magnets (quizzes, guides), nurture sequences, and conversion paths.

Analyze metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust campaigns for efficiency and scale.
Content & Creative

Repurpose existing materials (video clips, podcasts, events) into engaging multi-platform content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Develop storytelling campaigns that highlight success stories and strengthen emotional connection with the brand.

Ensure consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all digital channels and campaigns.
Website & Digital Infrastructure

Oversee website updates and improvements (UX, copy, landing pages, conversion optimization).

Manage integrations with CRM (ConvertKit/Zoho), ensuring automations and workflows run smoothly.

Implement A/B testing and funnel optimization to improve enrollment outcomes.
Campaign Management

Launch and manage Facebook, Google, and TikTok ads, tracking CPL and scaling campaigns.

Run seasonal enrollment campaigns with measurable KPIs.

Partner with affiliates and external organizations to expand reach.
Community & Culture Alignment

Ensure marketing reflects the client’s mission, strengths-based philosophy, and values.

Support engagement initiatives (ambassador program, expert talks, family webinars).

Collaborate with leadership on culture-driven campaigns that strengthen trust and belonging.
Requirements
Must-Haves

5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or growth strategy (education or nonprofit sector a plus).

Proven track record in paid ads, funnels, and content marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok).

Strong copywriting and storytelling ability tailored to parents/educational audiences.

Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (ConvertKit, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make ROI-driven decisions.

Comfort balancing strategy and execution, from designing campaigns to posting.

Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Passion for education and strength-based learning approaches.
