About the Role
We are hiring a high-performance Inbound Sales Representative to support a fast-paced auto parts business handling 300+ inbound calls per day.
This is not a customer support role.
This is a high-volume, high-pressure sales role where speed, accuracy, and the ability to close matter. You will be expected to handle incoming calls, quickly identify the correct auto parts based on customer needs, and drive each interaction toward a sale.
You’ll be working inside RingCentral and an internal parts lookup system, navigating quickly between tools while maintaining strong communication and control of the call.
Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls (300+ per day across the team)

Assist customers in identifying the correct auto parts based on year, make, and model

Navigate internal systems quickly and accurately while on live calls

Drive conversations toward a sale, not just provide information

Maintain speed, accuracy, and composure in a high-pressure environment

Provide clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish

Manage multiple inquiries efficiently without sacrificing quality
Requirements

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Proven experience in sales (inbound or outbound)

Strong phone presence and confidence handling live calls

Ability to think quickly and operate under pressure

Comfortable handling high call volume consistently
