Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team in Bogotá. This role is designed for high-potential individuals with early consulting or client management experience who are looking to combine structured execution with strategic development. Junior Account Managers (JAMs) begin by supporting executional workflows and, over time, are expected to contribute strategic insights and eventually lead smaller accounts under the guidance of a Senior Account Manager (SAM).
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role. We operate in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment where responsiveness, adaptability, and ownership are essential. The right candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting where priorities shift quickly and high standards are the norm.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including creator coordination, spark code delivery, media buying assistance, deadline tracking, and content pipeline oversight.
Workflow Ownership: Maintain full responsibility for task management within ClickUp, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all deliverables.
Strategic Development: Observe and support the strategic planning process led by Senior Account Managers, with the expectation to begin contributing ideas related to creator testing, ad variations, and new initiatives.
Performance Monitoring: Track and interpret performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, GMV) to derive actionable insights and inform future campaign iterations.
Progressive Leadership: As experience and confidence grow, take ownership of 1–2 smaller accounts, with ongoing oversight and mentorship from a SAM.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, or a similar client-facing capacity
Strong organizational and executional skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and offer solutions
Strong analytical capabilities; comfort with performance data and optimization metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, ClickUp, and digital marketing tools is a plus
Performance Indicators:
Client GMV performance
Media buying efficiency (e.g., ROAS, CPA)
Number of strategic initiatives proposed and implemented
Internal review metrics (initiative, ownership, reliability)
