About the Role
We are seeking a Leasing Coordinator with strong property management and customer service experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about solving problems, delivering exceptional service, and helping customers succeed. Your work will directly influence the real estate industry and shape the future of property management.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and recommend opportunities to automate repetitive tasks

Partner with the product team to design and test internal and customer-facing software tools

Coordinate collection of house keys and lockbox installations remotely

Review inspection reports and discuss scopes of work with property owners

Remotely manage a high volume of repair and cleaning requests with vendors

Communicate clearly and professionally with showing attendees, applicants, property owners, and vendors via email, phone, and text

Source and evaluate service vendors to expand the professional network

Manage multiple priorities while addressing concerns and questions from various stakeholders

Conduct weekly meetings with property owners to review progress and make necessary adjustments

Maintain high attention to detail and resourcefulness when troubleshooting issues
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:

Have experience with leasing and make-ready processes (turning residential units rent-ready)

Understand common home repairs (handiwork, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Possess strong task management skills and enjoy managing daily priorities to completion

Excel at customer problem solving and be able to guide others in the same

Be tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools with minimal guidance

Enjoy phone conversations and using them to get results quickly

Be collaborative and adaptable as the team grows

Maintain organized and documented workflows to support scalable operations

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
