POSITION OVERVIEW
 
The Leasing Coordinator is an entry-level position. We will teach you everything you need to know about property management! This role consists of listing rental properties online in an eye-catching presentation that guarantees to bring in prospective tenants to rent our client’s properties.
 
COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • List Rental Properties: You will be required to write out property marketing descriptions to promote inquiries and drive up leads. Will be expected to use AI and other technologies to help enhance your work. Properties will need to be listed with a high level of detail. You will be expected to use the tools provided to investigate the property and describe the property inclusions.
  • Maintain Rental property listings up to date: You will be responsible for keeping rental property listings up to date with the correct price; appliances; utilities; and other inclusions. You will be responsible for providing the leasing team with the most up-to-date property information and ensuring all listings websites are also up to date reflecting the correct information.
  • Communication with our internal leasing team: You will be required to maintain constant contact with our leasing team to ensure all properties meet our standards & expectations. The leasing team will be your main point of contact with new properties to market on a daily basis.
  • Customer Communication: You may also be responsible for responding to phone/email/text inquiries from potential/current residents on slower seasons when marketing demands may not be as high. You will need to respond promptly and professionally to ensure that potential and/or current residents receive the information they need to make informed decisions.

Minimum requirements to join our team:
  • Fast Internet: minimum download speed of 40 Mbps.
  • Working Computer (Preferably laptop).
  • 2 Monitor Screens.
  • Webcam.
  • Headset.
  • Quiet workspace.
 
Although this is a remote position which means you will always be working from home, we require full-time availability. Our schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm US CST and we do not offer any part-time positions.
