Role Overview
We’re hiring a Leasing Specialist who is a true hunter and closer, not a passive order-taker.
This is a fill-homes-fast, high-turnover role focused on lead generation, aggressive follow-up, tenant qualification, and conversion. While you’ll work closely with property data and systems, this is not a traditional property management admin role. Success here is measured by leases and sales contracts signed, not emails sent.
You’ll be responsible for driving leasing velocity across rental homes and supporting the sale of manufactured homes by clearly explaining the value of ownership versus renting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion (Hunter Mentality)

Post, manage, and optimize listings across:

Facebook Marketplace & Groups
-
Craigslist
-
OfferUp
-
Zillow and other syndicated platforms
-
Write, refresh, and test ad copy to increase lead volume and quality

Proactively pursue every lead — including reactivating “dead” or unresponsive prospects via call and text
-
Maintain fast response times to reduce lead decay and no-shows
Tenant Qualification & Sales Execution

Qualify prospects against income, occupancy, credit, background, and documentation standards
-
Clearly explain rental criteria, next steps, and timelines
-
Confidently guide prospects toward application completion
-
Move qualified applicants through the pipeline quickly and decisively
Home Sales Support (Manufactured Homes)

Explain the benefits of purchasing a manufactured home vs. renting
-
Assist prospects through the early sales conversation and qualification process
-
Support execution of sales contracts in coordination with internal teams
-
Help convert renters into buyers when appropriate
Showings & Follow-Up
-
Schedule and coordinate in-person or self-guided showings
-
Send confirmations, reminders, and post-showing follow-ups
-
Actively work to reduce no-shows through proactive communication

Troubleshoot access issues quickly to avoid lost deals
Pipeline & Performance Tracking

Track prospects through a simple, clear pipeline

Maintain accurate notes and status updates in the CRM or leasing system

Monitor and report on basic KPIs, including:

Leads contacted
-
Applications submitted
-
Leases signed
-
Sales contracts executed
Performance Metrics (Non-Negotiable)
This is a results-driven role. You will be expected to consistently hit:

Weekly targets for Applications Submitted

Weekly targets for Leases and/or Sales Contracts Signed

Strong follow-up activity and conversion rates
Required Skills & Experience
-
2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or high-volume real estate roles
-
Proven experience posting and converting leads from Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist
-
Strong phone and text-based sales follow-up skills
-
Ability to handle high lead volume without losing momentum

High-level English (C1), clear communication, minimal accent

Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments

Solid understanding of U.S. leasing standards and rental terminology
Preferred Experience

Rent Manager experience (strong plus)

Tenant Turner, ShowMojo, or similar showing software
-
Experience in Florida, Arizona, or other Sunbelt markets
-
Manufactured housing or mobile home leasing/sales experience
