About the Role
We’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to work directly with the CEO. You’ll execute critical tasks, streamline operations, and fill gaps where the team needs support—freeing up leadership to focus on growth.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s inbox and ensure timely client communications.
- Load/schedule email campaigns in GoHighLevel and Lawmatics.
- Monitor and prioritize tasks in ClickUp to keep projects on track.
- Create SOPs for repetitive processes (onboarding, reporting, etc.).
- Design graphics in Canva for social media, blogs, and Google Business Profiles.
- Write/edit short-form content (social captions, emails) with flawless English.
- Optimize and update Google Business Profiles and local directory listings.
- Conduct keyword research (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs).
- Perform backlink analysis and identify PR opportunities (HARO, Featured.com).
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach using provided scripts.
- Automate workflows using Zapier (training provided if needed).
- Support ad-hoc tasks to fill gaps in the team’s skill sets.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluent English (written/spoken) – Non-negotiable.
- 2+ years in marketing.
- Tech proficiency:
- GoHighLevel (mandatory).
- ClickUp (task management).
- Canva/Adobe or any tool related (Solid designing skills).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in legal marketing or law firms.
- Basic local SEO knowledge (directory listings, citations).
- Familiarity with WordPress/Webflow.
- Copywriting for blogs/ads.
- Looker Studio.
