THE POSITION
As the Marketing Campaign Manager on the Inspection & Real Estate marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing marketing campaigns to life. Working in partnership with the Sr. Marketing Managers for Services, Software, and Paid Digital, you will be the connective tissue that brings together tactics and assets to form high-impact Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMCs).
WHAT YOU DO
Act as project manager for all marketing campaigns that drive business growth, demand generation, and brand awareness for six software and service-based business units.
Manage an organization wide calendar of all campaign elements to ensure smooth operations without conflicts or redundancies.
Design, build, and schedule engaging email communications via Active Campaign and/or other email automation tools, ensuring visual appeal and grammatical standards are met or exceeded.
Partner with demand-gen marketing managers to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns including email design and delivery, landing page design, Salesforce campaign build, sales enablement tools design, physical and digital marketing collateral design and build, webinar registration build, presentation deck build, and other campaign elements, as needed.
Develop and take ownership of social media strategy for six software and services BUs + Inspection Fuel, pivoting strategy and tactics to improve performance, as needed.
Manage and execute organic social media calendar in Hootsuite for six software and services BUs + Inspection Fuel.
Spearhead end-to-end development and execution of a multi-channel (email, print, direct mail, paid digital, social, telemarketing) marketing campaign for Inspection Fuel Conference.
Maintain Inspection Fuel website – including updating schedule, speakers, and sponsors regularly throughout the marketing campaign in the lead up to the event.
Report on email marketing and organic social media performance across all six BUs.

WHAT YOU BRING:
Expertise in marketing technology, including Active Campaign, Salesforce CRM, Atlassian productivity tools (Confluence/Jira), Hootsuite, and webinar platforms.
Ability to take ownership of strategy and execution for email marketing and organic social media channels.
Proficiency using ChatGPT or other generative artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity and generate ideas.
At least five (5) years’ experience in managing marketing campaigns and/or marketing operations.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent work experience.
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
