We are hiring a Marketing Specialist on behalf of one of our clients in the education sector. This fully remote role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys creating content, managing campaigns, supporting enrollment initiatives, and ensuring a strong and consistent digital presence for families worldwide.
Role Summary
The Marketing Specialist will support and execute the client’s core marketing activities across content, social media, paid ads, email, website updates, and CRM workflows. This role focuses on hands-on marketing execution, brand consistency, and coordination of campaigns that drive awareness and support enrollment goals. You will work closely with leadership, administrative teams, affiliates, and partners to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the organization’s mission, values, and strengths-based philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution

Implement multi-channel marketing activities (email, social media, paid ads, SEO).

Assist with lead generation initiatives including landing pages, basic funnels, and nurture sequences.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Content & Creative

Repurpose existing materials (videos, webinars, interviews) into engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Write compelling copy for emails, social posts, blogs, and landing pages.

Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visuals across all platforms.
Website & Digital Operations

Support updates to the website including blog uploads, copy changes, and landing page improvements.

Manage CRM integrations and ensure email automations and workflows run smoothly (ConvertKit/Zoho/HubSpot).

Assist with A/B testing or basic optimization tasks to improve engagement and conversions.
Campaign Management

Help plan, launch, and monitor campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.

Coordinate seasonal enrollment campaigns with measurable goals.

Support partnerships with affiliates and external organizations to expand reach.
Community & Culture Alignment

Ensure marketing content reflects the client’s mission, strengths-based learning approach, and values.

Support community engagement initiatives such as webinars, expert talks, and family events.

Collaborate with leadership on culture-driven campaigns that strengthen trust and connection.
Requirements
Must-Haves

3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or content creation.

Experience with digital ads or campaign coordination (Meta, Google, TikTok).

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to parents or educational audiences.

Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (ConvertKit, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Ability to review data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent organization and project management skills.

Passion for education and learner-centered approaches.
Nice-to-Haves

Experience in the U.S. education sector, homeschooling, or youth programs.
