DescriptionRole: Operations Coordinator (service-based)
Hours: 8am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time
Salary: $8.00 - $10.00 (negotiable based on experience)
Lago is looking for an experienced and highly organized Services Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day and forward-looking coordination of all on-site services across our network. This includes both company-provided services (car detail, haircut, massage) and services offered through third-party vendor partners.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly proactive, and able to work U.S. Mountain Time hours. This person will be a critical connector—ensuring that services are scheduled, promoted, and executed flawlessly to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all weekly and monthly services across our locations (internal + third-party).
- Communicate with third-party service vendors to confirm availability and manage logistics.
- Send out timely and clear messages (email, SMS, or app-based) to clients and building contacts:
- What services are coming (types, descriptions, etc.)
- When they’ll be offered
- Where they'll be offered
- How to sign up
- Monitor daily and weekly service sign-up volumes and alert leadership if numbers are light or overloaded.
- Coordinate with part-time service providers (barbers, massage therapists, car detailers, etc.) to ensure full staffing coverage for high-demand days.
- Work closely with leadership to coordinate special campaigns, new launches, or service adjustments.
- Maintain internal schedules and update key team members with accurate information.
- Serve as the first point of operational coordination between the companyand its field teams.
- Filter incoming messages, responding to those that can be generically responded to.
- Make sure that services are scheduled in accordance with the company's employee availability.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in service coordination, operations, scheduling, and/or secretary work (preferably in a fast-paced or service-based business).
- Hunger for growth in a fast-growing business.
- Fluent written and verbal English (near-native level) — must be comfortable sending client-facing communications and internal reports.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple calendars, vendors, and providers at once.
- Experience working with remote teams across time zones.
- Comfortable using scheduling and communication tools (Google Calendar, Slack, Airtable, CRM or booking systems, & other).
- Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Available during Mountain Time working hours (U.S.).
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Familiarity with Adobe Express and/or Canva
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with service-based or wellness businesses (salons, spas, mobile services).
- Familiarity with SMS/email marketing platforms or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of marketplace or vendor-based business models.
