About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to an individual executive or entrepreneur. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide range of tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Handle email management, filtering, and response drafting
- Conduct research and compile reports or summaries
- Make online purchases or manage online orders
- Organize digital files and documents
- Assist with personal errands or tasks, such as appointment booking or gift sourcing
- Draft and format documents, presentations, or spreadsheets
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, or other stakeholders as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, task/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp) - Preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Trustworthy and dependable
