Virtual Wizards is hiring a Rental Assistant Coordinator on behalf of a fast-growing real estate technology platform that is changing the way rental properties are managed. This platform provides rental owners with a flexible solution to manage their properties from anywhere in the world through a SaaS platform and a marketplace of real estate agents.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth handling of pre-eviction processes and safeguarding the interests of both landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of communication by managing and responding to Rental Assistant messages from landlords and tenants in a timely, empathetic, and accurate manner
- Demonstrate a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, identifying the best path forward for each user and taking ownership to drive resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Support, Product, and Engineering to escalate and troubleshoot system-related issues affecting workflows and user experience
- Navigate and utilize the property management platform with confidence to guide users through various processes and provide tailored, accurate assistance
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Rental Assistant offering delivering clear guidance to internal team members and ensuring alignment on process and policy
Requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and address the underlying concerns of landlords and tenants navigating difficult situations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle interruptions while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in software tools relevant to property management, legal documentation, and customer support, familiarity with document creation and e-signature platforms is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a customer-centric approach to every interaction
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently and propose effective, practical solutions
- Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and ensuring compliance with legal regulations across multiple jurisdictions, which may vary by state
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, evolving environments with a strong work ethic and adaptability to meet dynamic operational demands
