About the Role

We’re hiring a Repair Coordinator to support one of our U.S.-based clients in the property management industry. This is a vital operations role that ensures repair and maintenance requests are handled efficiently and professionally for both landlords and tenants.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in repair coordination, customer service, and task management, and understands how to troubleshoot home repair issues. If you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage repair and maintenance requests for rental properties
  • Serve as the point of contact between landlords, tenants, and service professionals
  • Troubleshoot basic repair issues and determine appropriate solutions
  • Dispatch electricians, plumbers, and other vendors as needed
  • Track and follow up on open work orders through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate logs of all communication and repairs in the system
  • Take inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Monitor workflow to ensure all tasks are completed on time
  • Recommend ways to improve and automate processes
  • Assist with creating documentation to support team operations
  • Communicate with the team about delays, escalations, or vendor issues

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3–6 years of experience in repair coordination or property management
  • Speaks and writes English at a C1 level or higher
  • Understands typical home repair categories (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
  • Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks at once
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Is comfortable making and receiving phone calls in English
  • Can work with CRMs, task management tools, and other operational platforms
  • Has strong problem-solving skills and can work independently
  • Is proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working with U.S.-based landlords, tenants, or service vendors
  • Familiarity with property management or maintenance coordination software
  • A background in project or task management
