About the Role
We’re hiring a Repair Coordinator to support one of our U.S.-based clients in the property management industry. This is a vital operations role that ensures repair and maintenance requests are handled efficiently and professionally for both landlords and tenants.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in repair coordination, customer service, and task management, and understands how to troubleshoot home repair issues. If you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

Manage repair and maintenance requests for rental properties

Serve as the point of contact between landlords, tenants, and service professionals

Troubleshoot basic repair issues and determine appropriate solutions

Dispatch electricians, plumbers, and other vendors as needed

Track and follow up on open work orders through to resolution

Maintain accurate logs of all communication and repairs in the system

Take inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

Monitor workflow to ensure all tasks are completed on time

Recommend ways to improve and automate processes

Assist with creating documentation to support team operations

Communicate with the team about delays, escalations, or vendor issues
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:

Has 3–6 years of experience in repair coordination or property management
-
Speaks and writes English at a C1 level or higher

Understands typical home repair categories (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks at once
-
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Is comfortable making and receiving phone calls in English

Can work with CRMs, task management tools, and other operational platforms

Has strong problem-solving skills and can work independently

Is proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working with U.S.-based landlords, tenants, or service vendors

Familiarity with property management or maintenance coordination software

A background in project or task management
