Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide critical support to our sales team. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of CRM records, overseeing follow-up communications through designated channels, and optimizing the use of automation tools to enhance overall sales operations. You will facilitate the effectiveness of our sales representatives by supporting their engagement with prospective clients across multiple touchpoints. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads through initial outreach to assess and evaluate prospect needs and interests.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to ensure steady progress toward sales targets, utilizing HubSpot CRM and calendaring tools like Google Calendar.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to accurately track and manage all sales-related activities, maintaining up-to-date records and call notes.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments, using sources like LinkedIn, industry newsletters, and market analysis platforms, to communicate effectively with prospects.
  • Participate in networking events and tradeshows to foster relationships and generate leads.


Requirements
  • Experience with Sales Tools: Must have hands-on experience with HubSpot, Zapier, Monday.com, or Google Sheets.
  • LinkedIn Messaging: Proven ability using LinkedIn for direct outreach and professional communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrates meticulous care in collecting and logging details from sales meetings and prospect interactions.
  • Tech Comfort & Enthusiasm: Displays a strong interest in and comfort with using technology, including SaaS tools for sales pipeline management. Must be eager and confident to learn and utilize platforms such as HubSpot, Zapier, and spreadsheets.

  • Communication: Enjoys and excels at talking to people, listening actively, and understanding client problems.
  • Curiosity & Adaptability: Shows excitement about learning new sales and automation tools, with a genuine desire to stay updated on evolving tech solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintains high standards for data accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field involving customer interactions.
  • Persuasion & Engagement: Strong verbal and written skills, with proficiency in engaging and persuading potential clients.
  • Performance Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • CRM & Sales Acumen: Familiarity with CRM platforms and a solid grasp of sales processes and strategies.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to evaluate client needs and customize outreach accordingly.
  • Team & Independence: Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solving: Effective at identifying challenges and adapting strategies to meet objectives.

Schedule:  Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm (GMT -5-00) Eastern Time
