We are seeking a proactive, bilingual (Spanish-English) Social Media Manager and Marketing Assistant to support our fast-growing marketing team.
This full-time role blends social media leadership with day-to-day marketing support responsibilities.
You will manage daily content, social scheduling, and influencer collaborations, while assisting with internal marketing tasks, scheduling, and project flow.
You will also work directly inside HubSpot to manage posts, campaigns, and reporting.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone highly organized, creative, tech-savvy, and action-driven.
Preferred Experience:
- Background working with Hispanic/Latino markets, marketing agencies, nonprofits, or immigration-focused initiatives
- Experience collaborating with influencers and managing partnership outreach
- Basic paid social ad knowledge (boosting posts via Meta Business Suite)
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (Approx. 60% of role):
- Manage and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube only
- Plan, schedule, and maintain content calendars using HubSpot social media tools
- Oversee community management: responding to comments, DMs, and audience engagement
- Research, coordinate, and track influencer campaigns and collaborations
- Edit short-form video clips for Reels and YouTube Shorts using CapCut (basic edits, captions, transitions)
- Monitor platform performance inside HubSpot and generate monthly performance reports
- Ensure all social media content aligns with brand voice and marketing campaign goals
Marketing Support (Approx. 40% of role):
- Maintain project boards and deadlines in Monday.com
- Assist with internal scheduling (meetings, event timelines, campaign deadlines) using Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Support administrative marketing tasks: document management, file organization, contract tracking
- Help coordinate logistics for events, PR moments, influencer activations, and sponsorships
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) — must be fully bilingual
- 2–3 years’ experience managing professional social media accounts
- 1–2 years’ experience assisting marketing teams or operations
- Proficient with:
- HubSpot (specifically for social media publishing and reporting)
- CapCut (video editing for Reels/Shorts)
- Monday.com (project management tool)
- Microsoft Teams (team communication)
- Outlook (email/calendar management)
- Canva (basic graphic design)
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Available Monday–Friday during Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours
