Tenant Communication & Maintenance Coordinator (Part-Time) – Remote (LATAM)
Compensation: $600 – $800 USD/month
Schedule: 20 hours/week (with growth to full-time)
Timezone: Must overlap with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Location: Remote (LATAM)
About the Role
Virtual Wizards is hiring a Tenant Communication & Maintenance Coordinator for a property management company.
This is a frontline role where you’ll handle tenant and prospect communication, coordinate maintenance requests, and support leasing inquiries.
You’ll be the first point of contact, so strong communication and the ability to take ownership are key.
What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls and texts from tenants and prospects

Manage communication through a system where AI handles intake and you handle follow-up

Create and manage maintenance work orders (Buildium or similar)

Coordinate with vendors and tenants to schedule repairs

Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved

Assist prospective tenants with leasing inquiries and showings

Keep systems and communication logs organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For

Strong English communication (C1–C2 level)

Experience in customer support, call handling, or tenant communication

Familiarity with property management tools (Buildium, AppFolio, etc.) is a plus

Ability to think independently and not rely on scripts

Comfortable handling both tenants and prospects

Organized and detail-oriented

Bilingual (English + Spanish)
