Job Title: Tenant Liaison, Insurance Specialist
Location: Remote 
Schedule: Full-Time | Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Tenant Liaison (Remote) to join our client’s growing team. This role is central to tenant relations and lease compliance across all their regions. You’ll be the go-to point of contact for tenant inquiries and responsible for managing sensitive communications, coordinating lease insurance updates, and handling property-related notices.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an empathetic communicator who can navigate tough conversations with professionalism and care. You’ll also need to manage and track various insurance-related processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations and Lease Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant communications across all regions
  • Address and resolve tenant matters in a timely, professional manner
  • Identify, document, and process lease violations
  • Prepare, issue, and track lease addendums
  • Process and manage notices to vacate

Insurance Oversight

  • Maintain up-to-date tenant insurance records and follow up as needed
  • Manage enrollment and compliance for Property Damage Liability Waiver (PDLW)
  • Track, file, and oversee resolution of PDLW claims
  • Ensure current and accurate insurance documentation for property owners
  • Coordinate and manage Surevestor enrollment and updates
  • Maintain updated insurance information for approved vendors

General Administrative Duties

  • Assist with phone support and route calls appropriately
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in lease and insurance documentation
  • Maintain digital records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management, leasing, or insurance preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with property management software, CRM systems, and GSuite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
