Our practice delivers high-impact solutions across Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, combining technical excellence with business insight. Now, we’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join our fast-growing Power Platform team and elevate the user experience of every solution we deliver.

About the Role:

As a UX Designer, you’ll work closely with consultants, architects, and customers to design clean, modern, and intuitive experiences for Power Platform applications. This is a billable role, meaning you’ll directly contribute to client success and revenue. You’ll help shape the visual and interaction layer of everything from low-code apps to AI-driven copilots and external-facing portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Power Platform solution teams to understand business requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design user interfaces and experiences for Power Apps, Power Pages, and Copilot bots that are accessible, responsive, and user-friendly.
• Create and maintain UI/UX guidelines, design libraries, and reusable components for internal consistency and speed.
• Conduct UX reviews, gather user feedback, and iterate designs based on user and stakeholder input.
• Work directly with customers in agile delivery environments to improve the usability and aesthetics of business-critical apps.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Advanced English communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a consulting or software development environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design (Power Platform experience is a strong plus).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other modern design/prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Good understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and UX best practices.
• Comfortable working with developers and technical consultants in agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer empathy.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience designing for Power Apps, Power Pages, or Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Microsoft’s Fluent UI or Power Platform design principles.
• Prior experience with Copilot Studio or conversational UI design.
