THE POSITION

Welcome Call Specialists will be helping homeowners select the various products and services that they will need during and after the process of moving into their new homes.     

 

WHAT YOU DO  

  •  Your core responsibility will be to develop relationships with new homebuyers by providing services like homeowners insurance, handyman services, moving services, cable services, change of address, and many other services. This relationship will be ongoing with the homeowner through the move-in process.

  • You will receive remote onboarding training and ongoing call coaching and feedback. This is a remote position and you must be able to work remotely without interruption for at least 8 hours per day.

  • You will have the opportunity to have a major impact on our company and our product.

  • Pay rate: MXN 85.00 an hour 

  • Monthly Potential bonus:  Average of MXN $9,000

WHAT YOU BRING: 

  • Excellent written & verbal skills

  • A commitment to individual excellence and a proven team player

  • Desire to work in a fast-moving sales and customer service environment

  • Prior sales experience and customer service a plus

  • A positive attitude and pride that stems from doing great work

  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to our business

  • Comfort with the usual suite of software productivity tools like MS Office or Google  Docs and the ability to learn new software solutions.

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.

  • Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
