This is a commission-driven sales role with unlimited earning potential. You'll identify and convert e-commerce brands, 3PLs, and warehouse partners into customers. Work directly with the CEO to shape our outbound strategy as we scale.

What You'll Do

● Prospect and qualify ecommerce brands, 3PLs, and warehouses needing packaging solutions

● Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone using provided scripts

● Follow up on leads using Apollo and other prospecting tools

● Book qualified calls and guide prospects through our sales funnel

● Close deals end-to-end (you own the full sales cycle)

● Maintain accurate records in HubSpot

● Refine messaging based on customer feedback and results



Requirements

● Proven outbound sales or business development experience

● Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach

● Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

● Resilient and persistent - comfortable with rejection

● Strong written and verbal English communication

● Self-motivated with ability to work independently

● Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or B2B software sales
