A Typical Day:

  • Responsible for the resolution and management of outstanding invoices and delinquent accounts
  • Works directly with clients on invoice or contract questions and issues
  • Researches and interprets contract language to validate amounts billed to clients
  • Performs collection activities via email and phone contacts with the client
  • Interacts with Sales, Customer Service, Delivery teams and Account Receivable to reconcile account issues
  • Serves as escalation point for customer payment disputes and makes recommendations for write-offs and account adjustments
  • Assists in the preparation of reports on collection activities and accounts receivable status
  • Actively participates in internal AR status review meetings held with Sales and other internal parties
  • Evaluates collections strategy and measures collection efficiency for all lines of business
  • Processes credit memos and works with billing team to apply accurately
  • Assists in maintaining the DSO at or below target while minimizing bad debt expense and focusing on building revenue
  • Assists in implementation and testing of new collections tools and processes, as required
  • Recommends and coordinates enhancements to collection processes with other teams and stakeholders

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Prior revenue accounting experience and working knowledge of SaaS billing models preferred
  • Prior systems implementation/data migration experience, a plus
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge required (Pivot Tables, Financial Model creation and analysis)
  • Netsuite SuiteBilling/Advanced Revenue Management modules and SalesForce systems experience, a plus

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
