If you have experience in customer experience, are passionate about helping others, and enjoy working in a team, we want you to join our great Customer Experience team.


Your challenges:

  • Phone and email support.
  • Resolution of general customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in established procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment.


Required Skills:

  • Experience in similar positions (customer support via email and phone).
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday, 6 hours shifts.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs and tools (Excel, email, phone, chat).
  • Intermediate knowledge of the English language - not mandatory.
