Executive Assistant
Southern California | Full-Time | B2B Electrical & Data Contractor
We're an electrical and data contractor serving businesses across Southern California with voice, data, security, and access control solutions — and we're looking for an organized, people-savvy Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations and leadership running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate projects from kickoff to close, communicating with clients and field crews
- Support leadership with scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence
- Handle everyday paperwork, documentation, and record-keeping
- Prepare reports, proposals, and other business documents
- Manage inboxes, phone calls, and client communications
- Research information and vendors to keep jobs and operations moving forward
- Assist with light bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking as needed
What you bring:
- Experience in tech support, customer service, or executive/administrative support
- Bilingual — English and Spanish
- Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with day-to-day filing, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Discretion and professionalism when supporting leadership
- Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
- Construction terminology knowledge is a plus
- Tech background is a plus
- Any certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with CCTV, Data, Voice, or Access Control systems is a plus
This role will start as a part-time and develop into full-time
