Our client is a growing, values-driven painting company based in the United States, committed to delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members. They take pride in their work and operate with a spirit of professionalism, integrity, and faith. As their business expands, they’re seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help streamline operations and support their mission.

About the Role: Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide critical administrative support to their painting business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing schedules and communication, and is eager to take ownership of key operational tasks.

You’ll work closely with the business owner and team to ensure projects stay organized, clients and subcontractors are well-coordinated, and daily operations run smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into a full-time role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and subcontractors
  • Maintain and update CRM with client/subcontractor information
  • Respond to emails and assist with basic customer communication
  • Translate documents or messages (English ↔ Spanish), as needed
  • Support additional tasks as the business grows
  • Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of executive assistant or admin experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English (US accent preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fast learner and adaptable to new tools and systems
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and familiar with CRM tools.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly with clients. Must be outgoing, friendly, and approachable while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Time Management: Able to work independently, stay organized, and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Preferred but not required: Experience in the construction, painting, or home improvement industry is a plus, but not required.
