Overview
We’re hiring a high-impact Executive Assistant to support the founder of a fast-growing property management company based in New York City.
This is not a traditional admin role.
You will act as the right-hand operator to the CEO — owning follow-ups, driving accountability across the team, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Own
1. Executive Support & Organization

Manage calendar, scheduling, and inbox for the CEO

Organize meetings, notes, and action items

Ensure priorities are clear and properly executed
2. Follow-Up & Accountability (Core Function)

Track all tasks and action items from meetings and calls
-
Proactively follow up with internal team members and external partners
-
Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines
-
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
3. Project & Task Management

Maintain and update task trackers (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)

Coordinate across multiple ongoing projects
-
Identify bottlenecks and escalate when needed
4. Light Operations Support

Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks (e.g., calling vendors, utility companies, etc.)

Support CEO with one-off execution tasks as needed

Occasionally follow up on escalated issues (not day-to-day property ops)

Compensation

$1,600 – $2,000 USD/month (full-time)
