Salary: $1,900 – $2,400 USD/month (based on experience)
About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to help run and scale day-to-day operations for a fast-growing U.S.-based SaaS company.
This is not a passive management role.
You won’t just oversee teams, you’ll be in the details, fixing problems, building systems, and driving performance across the board.
If you’re the type of person who raises standards, holds people accountable, and jumps in when things break, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
You’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard.
Team Leadership & Performance

Manage and lead multiple teams (20+ people)

Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance benchmarks

Hold team members accountable to output and quality

Identify gaps in performance and address them quickly
Execution & Day-to-Day Operations

Oversee daily workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time

Step in when needed to unblock issues or handle critical tasks

Maintain high execution standards across all functions
Process & Systems

Build, improve, and document operational processes

Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

Create structure where there is chaos
Problem Solving

Act as the go-to person when issues arise

Make fast, sound decisions under pressure

Cross-Team Coordination

Work closely with leadership and other departments

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a true operator — not just a manager.
You should:

Have experience managing teams (ideally 20+ people)

Be extremely organized and process-driven

Have high standards for execution and accountability

Be comfortable getting into the weeds when needed

Be proactive, you don’t wait to be told what to do

Be a strong communicator in English (C1+)

Be comfortable working U.S. hours in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS or tech environments

Background in operations, customer support, or service teams

Experience building workflows, SOPs, or internal systems

Familiarity with tools like CRMs, project management platforms, or automation tools
