As our Growth Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive sustainable growth by attracting high-converting leads through multi channel strategies. You will be the engine behind our virtual enrichment school’s impact designing high-performance funnels, crafting emotionally resonant copy, building lead acquisition systems, and forging strategic partnerships.This role blends digital marketing, advertising, copywriting, and sales strategy to ensure a steady pipeline of mission-aligned families.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

  • Audit customer acquisition strategies to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missed opportunities
  • Evaluate and dramatically improve existing marketing assets (website copy, sales funnels, lead magnets, and automations).
  • Repurpose existing content (e.g., expert talks, class recordings, blogs) into evergreen customer acquisition funnels
  • Develop repeatable sales funnels aligned with our core offers (webinars, demo classes, lead magnets, etc.)
  • Automate follow-up, lead nurturing, and conversion systems using tools like ConvertKit, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
  • Re-engage current affiliates and build new partnerships to drive immediate lead flow.
  • Overhaul and improve social media presence across platforms increasing followers on a key identified platform by 25%
  • Implement AI  technology to exponentially ramp up lead acquisition and customer conversion 
  • Establish robust metrics (CAC, conversion rates, attribution) to inform strategic decisions.

Marketing & Sales Strategy:

  • Master digital marketer with deep expertise in funnel creation and customer acquisition
  • Proven ability to balance short-term lead generation with long-term brand building.

Tools & Platforms:

  • Skilled in leading marketing and sales tech like: ConvertKit, Canva, ClickFunnels, Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, etc
  • Highly AI-native, experienced with tools like OpenAI, Google AI Studio, and emerging technologies to accelerate content creation, funnel building, testing, and lead acquisition.
  • Confident Squarespace user who can transform our site into a dynamic lead-generation engine that continually attracts, engages, and enrolls aligned families–site visitors are automatically nurtured, upsold, and converted through strategically placed resources, lead magnets, and CTAs. 

Execution & Leadership:

  • Hands-on and self-directed, capable of executing tasks using AI tools and support resources.
  • Ability to manage budgets, test ad campaigns, and iterate based on real performance data rather than assumptions.
  • Ready to grow into a high-leverage leadership role as the business expands.
  • Able to not only complete tasks independently but to delegate tasks to an assistant, when appropriate, and autonomously identify and manage outsourced developers or strategic collaborators as needed.

Biggest Mistake the Wrong Person Would Make:

The wrong candidate would be someone who views this role as merely transactional and isn’t looking to be a changemaker who belongs to this community for years to come. Someone who shies away from being a “doer,” or struggles to implement structured systems in a startup-like, ambiguous environment.
