Marketing & Growth Operator (Content + Funnel Focus)

Location: Remote (LATAM Preferred)

Type: Part-Time (20 hrs/week to start, with growth potential)

Compensation: $12–$15 USD/hour (based on experience)

They are looking to move beyond organic growth and build a real marketing engine without losing what makes them special.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical social media role.

We are looking for a Marketing Operator who can both execute and think.

Someone who can take what already exists and turn it into a scalable growth system.

You will help:

  • Get more content out into the world
  • Build structure around marketing
  • Improve how leads move through the funnel

This role has direct impact on growth and revenue.


What You’ll Own

1. Content Production (Primary Focus)

This is the biggest priority.

  • Repurpose long-form content such as classes, recordings, and podcasts into:
    • Short-form videos including Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
    • Social media posts
    • Educational snippets
  • Extract key insights, highlights, and teachable moments
  • Maintain a consistent content cadence

The content already exists. It just needs to be leveraged properly.


2. Marketing Systems and Funnel Optimization

  • Review and improve the current funnel
  • Optimize how users move from discovery to interest to signup to conversion
  • Improve:
    • Email sequences
    • Lead magnets such as free classes and resources
    • Website clarity and flow
  • Bring structure to a currently scrappy system

This is about making things work better, not starting from scratch.


3. Light Growth and Experimentation

  • Test new ideas across channels
  • Identify what is working and what is not
  • Suggest and implement improvements

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Strong hands-on execution
  • Experience creating and managing content
  • Ability to repurpose content efficiently
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving and unstructured environment
  • Strong English communication (C1+)

Nice to Have

  • Startup experience
  • Video editing skills such as CapCut or Premiere
  • Email marketing experience
  • Landing page or funnel experience
  • Strong storytelling ability, especially video
  • Interest in education or mission-driven work
