- Available 9 AM–6 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday
Bonus:

The Person We're Looking For
You're someone who:
- Takes ownership without being chased
- Thinks in systems, not just tasks
- Stays calm when multiple things happen at once
- Communicates clearly and warmly
- Brings solutions, not just problems
- Looks for ways to automate repetitive work
- Can build something and then teach someone else to run it
Growth Path
You'll initially own the daily operation. As you document the front desk, build the systems and train a Family Support Assistant, you'll transition into Operations Manager, focusing more on systems, projects and operational improvement.
