We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our global customer service team.
This role is for a full-time contractor position, 100% remote.
Your role will be to service our clients in the real estate industry through email, phone and live chat. You'll be given real responsibility and expected to own it.
The role of a Customer Service Executive is to develop customer relationships that promote customer experience and success, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and retention.
To be successful in this role, you'll require:
As this is a home-based position, you therefore must have your own computer, stable and fast internet and a suitable working environment.
You must be able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.
