JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roiback, part of HBX Group, is a leading provider of direct channel solutions for hotels. We help our partners grow their direct bookings through cutting-edge technology, digital marketing, and strategic consulting.

Location Flexibility: While this role is regionally focused, we are open to considering remote candidates based in the Pacific region of Mexico, particularly in or near Puerto Vallarta.

Your Role: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy for your region, focusing on two key areas:

Driving new client acquisition to meet financial targets. Strengthening relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding Roiback’s presence, representing our brand, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously analyze the market to identify new business opportunities.

  • Define and implement strategic plans to approach and convert targeted hotel clients.

  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with hotels and hotel chains.

  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand Roiback’s footprint in the region.

  • Represent Roiback at industry events, acting as a brand ambassador.

  • Conduct regular client visits and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Re-negotiate existing agreements when needed to align with evolving client needs.

  • Report regularly on performance, market trends, and strategic progress to regional leadership.

  • Coordinate and support the team in commercial presentations, negotiations, and portfolio optimization.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in commercial roles within the hotel or hospitality sector

  • Solid understanding of hotel distribution, digital marketing, and direct online sales

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with Roiback’s competitive landscape is a plus

  • Degree in Tourism or a related field is an advantage

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Willingness to travel as required
