We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help lay the foundation and run high-velocity experiments to fuel early traction across these brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Execution-Focused Go-to-Market

  • Build and optimize launch assets: landing pagescheckout flowsemail/SMS automations, and pixel tracking
  • Set up and run performance marketing campaigns (especially Meta Ads)
  • Implement full-funnel analytics, attribution, and A/B testing infrastructure
  • Manage campaigns in WordPressShopifyHubspot and Klaviyo
  • Build data flows and workflows using tools like ZapierGA4, and Meta Pixel

AI-Powered Efficiency

  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude) to generate fast-turn copy, creative, and reports
  • Quickly test new positioning, headlines, and CTAs without waiting on creative teams

Team Integration

  • Plug into a tight-knit growth squad with the founder and key operators
  • Communicate clearly and ship tests fast, but thorough
  • Apply cross-company learnings in real time

  • Have 3+ years of direct hands-on growth execution in a fast paced environment
  • Have managed $50K+ monthly paid social budgets, especially on Meta
  • Are fluent in tools like WordPressShopifyKlaviyoHubspot and Zapier
  • Can stand up eCommerce funnel flows solo—no babysitting required
  • Have implemented email/SMS automations end-to-end
  • Work fast under pressure, especially during product launches
  • Are already using AI in your weekly growth workflow
  • Self starter with incredible hunger and curiosity to find creative and efficient paths for revenue and customer growth
  • Rapid experimenter and highly analytical thinker
  • Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
  • Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.

What This Role Is Not:

  • A strategy-only position (you will be in the tools daily)
  • A job with hand-holding (you’re expected to own results from week 1)
  • A place to coast (this is a sprint environment, not a cruise ship)
