Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager & Social Media Expert to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong grasp of social media, paid advertising, content strategy, and performance metrics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the construction or assisted living industries—or a strong interest in learning the dynamics of these sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Content & Post Creation
- Develop engaging, relevant, and visually compelling content tailored to target audiences
- Write and schedule social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Transform traditional marketing materials into dynamic digital ads
- Video Editing
- Social Media Management
- Manage daily activity on all major social platforms
- Grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Stay on top of trends and implement best practices
- Advertising & Campaign Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives and targeting
- Monitor ad performance and adjust for optimal ROI and ROAS
- Use PPC strategies to drive targeted traffic and conversions
- Experience with Google Ads is a plus (not required)
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights
- Use metrics to improve future ad campaigns and content effectiveness
- Cross-Platform Growth
- Open to learning and implementing strategies on additional platforms (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager; experience with Google Ads is a bonus
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance tracking
- Experience or familiarity with the construction and/or assisted living industries preferred
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn static content into compelling ads
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to stay current on marketing trends
- Knowledge on Go High Level is a must

- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Google Analytics, Google Ads (a plus)
