Virtual Wizards | Remote (LATAM based) | Full-Time

Compensation: $1,600 – $2,000/month USD Hours: 40 hrs/week, full-time, remote


The Role in One Line

We need a tech-savvy, analytically-minded automation generalist who becomes an execution arm for operations, building automations, running CRM and data, and taking on whatever operational and technical work comes their way.


How the Role Works

Day to day, you'll be handed tasks and projects and trusted to figure them out and run them to completion. The role flexes, but the skill floor below is non-negotiable, because that's what makes you useful from week one instead of month six.


What We're Looking For

Someone who genuinely enjoys systems, data, and tools, not a step-follower, but a problem-solver who thinks analytically and improves how things run. Light on formal resume is fine. What matters is capability plus hunger to learn. You should already be able to do the floor skills below, and be hungry enough to grow into the rest fast.


Must Already Be Able to Do

  • Build a GoHighLevel workflow and funnel solo, without hand-holding
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, formulas; turns messy data into clear answers
  • Connect tools via APIs, webhooks, and no-code platforms (Zapier / Make)
  • Uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to actually save time, not as a toy
  • Excellent written English; self-managing; takes ownership of loosely-defined tasks

Will Grow Into

  • Building more advanced AI agents and automations (commission math, sales-to-install handoff, reporting dashboards)
  • Deeper analytics and KPI dashboards
  • Documenting and standardizing the systems you build so others can run them

What You'll Own

  • Automation & AI builds: workflows and agents across GoHighLevel and JobNimbus
  • CRM management: contacts, tags, custom fields, smart lists, calendars, campaigns
  • Data & reporting: pull, clean, and analyze; track leads, conversions, cost per lead, margin, and performance; flag problems before they're asked
  • Integrations: APIs, webhooks, Zapier / Make
  • General ops execution: documentation/SOP support, tool setup, and ad-hoc projects

Nice to Have

  • Marketing automation, email/SMS campaigns, or agency experience
  • Self-hosting or open-source tooling experience
  • Light scripting (Python or JavaScript)
