About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and proactive Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our real estate recruiting team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying real estate professionals while helping generate recruiting appointments for our recruiters.
The ideal candidate has previous recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience within the real estate or mortgage industries is highly preferred but not required.
This position offers the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle recruiter role over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting outreach to real estate agents across multiple markets.
- Generate and manage targeted prospect lists using industry databases and recruiting platforms.
- Research and identify qualified real estate professionals based on production, market activity, and recruiting criteria.
- Reach out to prospective candidates through email, text messaging, LinkedIn, and other approved communication channels.
- Schedule appointments between prospective candidates and recruiters.
- Maintain accurate records and recruiting activity within company systems.
- Assist recruiters with candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Conduct interviews when recruiters are unavailable or managing high workloads.
- Support recruiting campaigns across multiple geographic markets.
- Follow established recruiting processes, scripts, and training programs.
- Track outreach metrics and maintain productivity targets.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to prioritize markets and candidate pipelines.
Qualifications
Required
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable performing high-volume outreach activities daily.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online research tools.

- Real estate industry experience.
