The Opportunity

We’re looking for strategic operators who know how to lead, build, and scale. If you have 5–10 years of real PMO or project management experience and can apply it to client operations, onboarding, and retention, this is your role.

At Call Center Doctors, we’re not hiring account babysitters. We’re hiring builders, Client Success Managers who will architect and own the post-sale experience for 10–20 key accounts. This role isn’t about keeping clients “happy.” It’s about delivering results, removing friction, and building scalable systems for success.

Within 60 days, you’ll be expected to bring structure to chaos, implement workflows, and take full ownership of client satisfaction metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • PMO-Style Operations
    Build and refine processes, SOPs, and templates using ClickUp (or equivalent PM tools).
  • Client Portfolio Management
    Own the success of 10–20 high-impact B2B accounts (mostly in solar and roofing industries).
  • Retention & Growth
    Reduce churn, drive adoption, and increase client lifetime value.
  • Onboarding & Activation
    Design and lead onboarding experiences that set clients up for measurable success.
  • KPI & SLA Management
    Track and improve metrics like NPS, CSAT, retention rate, and time-to-value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work with Sales, Recruiting, Tech, and Product to resolve issues and deliver results.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation
    Identify recurring problems, perform root-cause analysis, and implement scalable solutions.
  • AI & Automation
    Leverage AI tools to optimize communication, task management, and reporting.



What You Bring

✅ 5–10 years of Project Management Office (PMO) or Customer Success leadership experience
✅ Background in B2B SaaS, tech services, call centers, or enterprise operations
✅ Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up
✅ Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools
✅ Agile, Scrum, or other structured delivery frameworks
✅ Clear communicator, even under pressure
✅ Comfortable with data, dashboards, and tech workflows
✅ Native or near-native English fluency
✅ A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
✅ The hardware to perform: High-end PC, pro headset, stable connection, quiet workspace
