Virtual Wizards | Remote - LATAM Based | Full-Time

Compensation: $1,300 – $1,700/month USD Hours: 40 hrs/week, full-time, remote


The Role in One Line

We need a digital marketer who can own Meta/Facebook advertising, create social content that converts, and produce hands-on creative, running campaigns and creative with minimal supervision.


How the Role Works

You'll be trusted to plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns and content on your own, bringing data and ideas to the table rather than waiting for direction. This is a role for someone who owns outcomes, not someone who waits to be told what to do.


What We're Looking For

Someone who's equal parts performance and craft, comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager and able to design creative by hand. You read the numbers, adjust, and produce content that actually drives leads. AI tools are fine for speed, but your creative output needs to be genuinely yours. We're not looking for someone who only generates AI or template work.


Must Already Be Able to Do

  • Build, manage, and optimize Meta/Facebook ad campaigns solo: objectives, audiences, budgets, scaling
  • Hands-on creative design in Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent, not AI-dependent
  • Create social media content that converts: posts, short-form, branded content
  • Read and act on performance data: CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions
  • Excellent written English; self-managing; performs with minimal supervision

Strong Plus / Will Grow Into

  • Video editing (Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Home-services, local lead-gen, or agency marketing experience
  • Email/SMS campaigns; GoHighLevel familiarity
  • Landing page / funnel / offer-creative basics

What You'll Own

  • Meta/Facebook ad management: build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns; manage budget responsibly
  • Creative design: ad creative, social graphics, branded content, made hands-on
  • Social content: content calendar, posting cadence, short-form video
  • Performance analysis: track CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions; report and adjust before being asked
  • Converting content: support offers, landing pages, and creative that drives leads

Nice to Have

  • Multi-channel experience (Google, LSA, TikTok)
  • Brand and copywriting strength
  • Light analytics/reporting in Sheets

Hard Disqualifiers

  • Can only produce AI-generated or template creative, no real design craft
  • Has "run ads" but can't speak to actual numbers or optimization
  • Needs hand-holding; can't manage a campaign or content on their own
  • Weak written English or weak visual eye
