About the Role

We generate inbound gutter leads across Google LSA, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Nextdoor, yard signs, referrals, and our website. This role is the first human voice every lead hears.

Your entire job is to answer fast, qualify the lead, and put a confirmed estimate appointment on a sales rep's calendar. Speed, professionalism, and consistency are everything in this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound phone calls during business hours (target: within 3 rings, 90%+ answer rate)
  • Respond to all inbound web form, Facebook, and LSA leads within 5 minutes during business hours
  • Run our Lead Qualifying Call Script to confirm the lead is a fit: homeowner status, service area (San Antonio / Houston / Austin metros), real project, realistic timeline
  • Book qualified leads onto the correct sales rep's calendar based on geography
  • Log every lead in GoHighLevel (GHL) and create the estimate appointment task in JobNimbus per our SOPs
  • Send appointment confirmation and 24-hour reminder via GHL workflows
  • Reschedule no-shows and work the 90-day nurture cycle for non-converting leads per our Lead Nurturing SOP
  • Hand off cleanly to the sales rep with all notes captured in GHL

Success Metrics - 90 Days In

  • Inbound call answer rate ≥ 90%
  • Lead-to-appointment-set conversion ≥ 60% on qualified inbound
  • Appointment show rate ≥ 75%
  • Speed-to-lead under 5 minutes on web/form leads
  • Zero leads dropped or untracked in GHL

Must-Haves

  • Fluent, accent-neutral English - this is a phone-facing role with US homeowners and is non-negotiable
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (San Antonio + Houston Hispanic homeowner base)
  • 2+ years of inbound phone sales, appointment setting, or call center experience
  • Prior experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel is a plus; any CRM proficiency transfers)
  • Genuinely enjoys talking to people - not just tolerates it
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a quality headset
  • Available during US Central Time business hours

Nice-to-Haves

  • Home services background (roofing, HVAC, solar, pest control, gutters)
  • Direct experience with GoHighLevel and/or JobNimbus

Deal-Breakers

  • Heavy accent that creates friction with Texas homeowners
  • Background exclusively in outbound cold calling - this is an inbound role and requires a different skill set
  • Inability to handle off-script questions without a written script
  • Job-hopping - more than 3 positions in the last 2 years
