Work Schedule

This role requires full availability for a fixed graveyard shift (typically between 8 PM and 6 AM).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain and update commercial lines for all accounts, applying strong knowledge of the insurance industry and policy lifecycle.
• Foster positive client relationships through real-time communication and direct client interaction when needed.
• Ensure service quality and account accuracy to meet performance goals and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency: English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in administrative, back office, or similar roles (call center experience is a plus).
• Computer skills: Comfortable using office software; proficiency in Excel is desirable.
• Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization.
